Last year I relocated from Faridabad to Kolkata. On receipt of New registration No I informed Bajaj Allianz for update and validate my “in vogue” policy OG-15-9991-1801-00000829 with scanned copy of all supported dox on 24/11/2014 and received acknowledgement 56100665 by E mail. They have nor resolved the same. They inform of settling the issue but did not mail the support dox which falsely the stated in their mail.

I do not know if my vehicle is presently have insurance cover or not. I am unable to use the vehicle on road. I am forced to use TAXI and suffering great inconvenience during travel in odd hours.

I want clear resolution of my problem. They should either issue the updated Policy so that I can use the vehicle on road with proper cover, or they must give reason for refusal. In case of refusal they must justify the refusal. law dictates that one should change registration when moving to a new state on long term basis. In that case they must explain why they delayed the issue for such long time and made false statement in their mail and must monetarily compensate.
