Bajaj Avenger 220 – poor service from dealer no response for complaint

Hello Sir, My name is Syed Asif Ali, I had purchased a Bajaj Avenger 220 on 12-05-2013 for which i had made the down payment of Rs.34,300 and took loan for rest payment. Further i had made the payment of Rs.2500 for windshield and Rs.1500 for central lock. I had made the payment of windshield in advanced but they made the excuse of of unavailability and asked me to come in a few days of time but unfortunately the days got convert into months and i kept coming and asked them for windshield or payment refund. After around 2 months they finally installed the windshield but it looked very cheap and local market accessory from from the very first look i immediately complained about that but they gave me assurance of its genuineness but after few days i realized that they cheated me and it is not the genuine windshield which comes with Bajaj Avenger 220. I complained several times about that both in showroom and in service centre but got no relief. Further i would like to mention that with the central lock i got only 1 buzzer with it.Now during my last free bike service on 29-12-13 they damaged my central lock and on 05-01-14 i again visited the service centre and told them about the central lock failure during the service they told me to go to showroom as they are the one who look after the central lock related problem which comes with 1 year warranty. I again went to the showroom and told them about the problem, they asked me for two buzzers which comes with the central lock, i told them that i received only 1 buzzer which i am using as my key ring and i don’t have any other buzzer, on hearing that they refused to change or repair my central lock. Also both of my backside indicators and one of the mirror got damaged within a month of its purchase and without even an accident because of its poor quality which i got replaced during my last service only after payment. As a proof i am attaching all the relevant document.

I want complete replacement of windshield and central lock with the genuine accessories of Bajaj Avenger 220. apart from that i want the suitable amount along with penalty which i suffered during the course of last 6-7 months and also a lesson should be taught to them so that in future no other consumer got suffered the way i am.
