I have purchased Bajaj coolest DC2004 cooler in April 2014.Its base wheel just get broken every time after pouring water into it. I made a complaint to Bajaj Customer Service and my complaint no is 4869985. I get changed the wheel. But problem remains same. It look that company has marketed this product without doing required R & D. So you are requested to inquire the matter and take necessary steps.
