Bajaj Electrical – order not confirmed amount is debited

I had placed an order (#BLB058118) for ceiling fan over online purchase in bajajelectrical on 24-Apr-14, Due to some network problem , the order was not confirmed but the amount is debited from my account.When i called and ask for the status they did not confirmed order and then i have told to cancel my order and asking for money refund. Now almost 25 days are over but still now no update on this.

I need to get the money back immediately. Bajaj Eletrcial should get punished interm of money or some legal action on this.
