I ordered (no.BELB017595) a OTG model number 420062 from Bajaj Electricals web site but found that the door is faulty. I logged a complaint with them number 4268418, after which their technician came home and told us that the product is faulty and needs replacement. When I call customer care for replacement, they ask me to go to the dealer from where i have purchased it but my problem is that i have purchased this product from Bajaj web site, where do I go.

This transaction has caused me lot of mental trauma and i have lost more than 8500 rupees
