Dear Sir, I am facing a big harassment and torture by Bajaj finance. I had bought one product through Bajaj Finance on EMI basis. I had issued payment through cheque Mode but due to some problem I made all the payment in cash mode.. Now After all payment are cleared I am getting some calls from different numbers in Delhi and they are saying that I have nit paid the cheque bounce charges so there is arrest warrant against me.. Its a big harassment and mental torture. I have already made all the payment to Bajaj Finance and cheque bouncing charges are paid to respective Bank. Then why Bajaj Finance is harassing me for cheque bouncing charges and that calls with arrest warrant like I am criminal. I would request the consumer authority to intervene and pls help from this harassment. I am receiving calls from 9136368xxx.. Pls call on my number 9748698xxx and help..Thanks..
