I had taken three bajaj finance consumer loans when I bought a washing machine, refrigerator and TV from Kohinoor Thane in October 2011, with following loan case nos: a) 4050CD00218211 – TV (price: 37,900), down payment of 3,000, EMI promised was 3878 for 9 months b) 4050CD00218228 – Refrigerator (price: 17,500) down payment of 5,836 , EMI promised was 1459 for 8 months c) 4050CD00218212 – Washing Machine (price: 22,000) down payment of 7,336 , EMI promised was 1834 for 8 months But the EMIs that have been charged wrongly are as follows: 4050CD00218211 – 5,337 x 8 + 3,878 4050CD00218212 – 2,101 x 10 I wrote to their customer care in January 2012, but never received a reply. I contacted the dealer, he directed me to the store bajaj financer & he introduced to some person in head office,I submitted the following documents to him 1. Axis bank statement from Dec 2011 to Sept 2012 2. Invoice and down payment receipt from Kohinoor. 3. Excel sheet with all the calculations. I also met him, but no updates. Then that person left Bajaj and the case was with Mr. Yogesh Morya called him multiple times, met him and every time I am told that things are in progress but no updates. I also have email communication of all this. The biggest problem is they do not have a grievance/escalation mechanism also.
First of all I will like the company to put in place a grievance/escalation mechanism in place. Apart from that I want my 6,338/- refund along with a compensation of 20,000 for all the mental torture and efforts put behind this.
