I was having Consumer Durable Loan bearing a account number 4040CD00257384 and Which I had closed the account on 31-08-2012 with full payments andwhich has been Paid fully but after closure of EMI they have not Updated my Current Balance in CIBIL and I had sent a mail to customer care on 29-01-2013 for CIBIL status update and till now they have not replied for the Email and not updated my CIBIL status. My Loans are getting rejected because of the Current Balance which is Showing as Outstanding.

I wanted them to update the status of CIBIL at the earliest and do the needful ASAP
