I actually opted for ICICI bank personal loan and signed ICICI bank form only . I never signed any application form from BAJAJ finserve. Collection person (who claimed to be ICICI bank personnel) came to my home to collect and get form signed . This form was from ICICI bank . I readily signed all form sections and all documents in front of my parents at my home. No form related to BAJAJ.This was on 26th day of June 2013. After 2 days i received mail from you which is below forwarded . I called up person mentioned in email and he said my loan file logged in Bajaj. I then searched incoming calls and called document collection person and called him and asked about application in Bajaj , so he said its for checking your eligibility only. I recorded few calls from deepak and that person in which I asked them shall i have to write to bajaj and they replied “no”.Its just routine email and ignore it.I got to know they actually faked my signature and submited the application for loan and then rejected loan as basic criteria is not fulfilled. i got loan rejected WHICH I NEVER APPLIED FOR.

I want apology letter from bajaj finance and want them to inform the same to CIBIL so as such record would not be created
