Dear sir, My custtomer ID is 10342793 and my name is Hardeepkaur S. Bhatia. I purchased Ipad from Unicorn Infosolutions Pvt Ltd, Ahmedabd, vide invoice no. R/7968 dated 4 Feb 2013 for Rs. 45900/-. I got finance from Bajaj FInance and paid in CASH -advance EMI of Rs. 15300/-( 4 instalment) and was made to sign BLANK Mandate form , promissory note and ECS form by your employee. He assured me that wrong details will not be filled and ECS wil be effective from March 2013 upto Oct 2013 ( total 8 instalment of Rs. 3825/-Total Rs. 30600/-). On verification of online loan statment, ECS mandate form, Loan term sheet, following discripancies are found:- 1. The tenor in loan term sheet is wrongly mentioned as 12 months in place of 8 months. 2.Loan amount finance is shown as Rs. 45900/- in place of Rs. 30600/-. 3.Promoissory note indicates that I have to pay Rs. 45900/- + interest to Bajaj finance Ltd, Pune . (Date was erased). 4. Amount of installemnt with upper limit is shown as Rs. 45900/- in place of Rs. 30600/-. 5.Validity upto of EMI is shown as 31/12/2020. Whereas my last EMI installment was over on 5-Oct 2013. I hereby request you to look into the matter and give me clearance of loan certificate within one week. nstalment should not be deducted after 5th Oct 2013. Promisory note should be returned or nullified. A clearance certificate of Installment payment of Rs. 30600/-and advance Installment payment of Rs. 15300/-(total Rs. 45900/-) should be issued to me within a weeks time.A no dues/installmens not pending certificate should be issued to the branch office of my bank-SBI, Mithakhali Branch, Ahmedabad.
