Self-went to purchase a Washing machine in M/s Vasanth & Co near porur Chennai on 17 oct 2013 before finalising the product I asked the executive to check the possibility of bajaj finserv EMI card offers. During that time he asked me to sign bajaj finserv application form before singing I asked him twisted if I am not satisfied with price I won’t purchase? After bill process only it will validate, also he said parallel we can do. But Shop holder used my Bajaj finance service EMI card before purchasing the product. Finally I was not satisfied with final offer provided by them. So I came back. Because customer service is not good one executive miss talked orally with other one in front of us. Even after they used my login before billing. If it’s happen unknowingly then they can inform me or otherwise they can stop this process through bajaj finserv dealers login, I came to know they can stop this process with in 24 Hrs. I requested them to retrieve through mobile conversation on 19.10.2013. They are replying irrespectively, it should be your fault because you are not checked the login before leaving the shop. So we left like this… they said now… on application I wrote my mobile number they may inform us through mobile about this transaction happened in my card but they I didn’t or they can able to stop the process from dealer login? But they didn’t. Ultimately customer is suffering for this. It is like customer indirect cheating I feel, Finally I didn’t purchase a product but they utilised my EMI card limit 23800 INR on 17 Oct 2013. But I got support from Bajaj finance service trough customer care and stopped my transaction process. They said within 7 days it can be done (Complaint No : T-409544) filed on 18.10.2013.
