I purchased Bajaj Flora 3 Ltr water heater from Vashi, Navi Mumbai on 13th June 2013 with following information on Guarantee card: Product: IWH FLORA / 3 LTR. 3.0 KW / O027 0113 Sr No: 21435 GC SI. No. / Code No: 0737351 First it was NOT heating water after keeping it on for a hour! I lunched complaint on email but after 4 days NO ONE contacted me. then I called and registered complaint again, technician came after 3 days and he fixed it. But only after a day it again stopped working I again launched complaint and technician came after 1 day, he fixed it and gone. After that again its stopped working I launched complaint again on 25th July and NO ONE came till date to fix it.

I had to use GAS to heat water which costed me 200 Rs worth GAS till date. Even my brand new Plug which has gone because of this water heater. Total loss: 200 Rs GAS 130 Rs Plug _______________ 330 Rs

I want full REFUND – 2750 Rs or new water heater as this one is FAULTY one.
