I have taken international cargo service on 16/04/2015 from Balaji Cargo from New Delhi to Doha Qatar (person name: Rajiv Maini- 987140xxxx). He charged me INR 46455 by cash. I asked him for proper invoice. he committed that he will send the scanned copy of stamped invoice through mail, but he has not sent. And I am calling him almost daily, he is not picking up my phone. I am out of India in Doha (Qatar) my phone no. +974-70677190. I also called at landline number 011-66266886 but once he recognized me, he disconnected the call. Please take necessary action against him. I am not able to get reimbursement of my cargo paid amount from my company.He has given me temporary invoice which has no stamp and no signature.
