In the month of Jan’12 I have recharged by BSNL-3G data Card by Rs.400/-RCV. at that point my previous balance was Rs.834/-only. After recharge the said previous balance not carried forward. And I received only the value of Rs.400/- of my present recharge in the month of Jan’11.

Please check & clarify the matter.
