i am using 98 monthly internet scheme in my airtel mobile no. +919651338890. i amusing this service constantly from 5 months. i had never experienced money reduction from my main account while using net through mobile browser.but from 4-5 days my my balance is being reduced whenever i use internet.before 4-5 days my balance was 88.it has reduced to 25 today after making only 3-4 calls .i talked to customer care but they say that i am browsing through airtel live while i am browsing through my mobile browser.i asked them what i should i do , then they also changed my mobile setting. today i was talking to a supervisor he talked to me in such a wrong way that tears came in my eyes.sir i am from a very small town atarra,diss.-banda, u.p. i do not remember his name but i called from this very no. at 6 p.m. on 10 may.today in near about 15 minutes my balance reduced from 57Rs to 25Rs.if your company will not solve my problem then who will solve, sorry
to say but i had not expected this from airtel . today my confidence over airtel reduced. i hope will understand my problem and take necessary actions.
