The bank employees wrongly added RS 40,000 to my account instead of RS 4000. Thinking that my father had sent my college fees I withdrew RS 20,000. After realizing his mistake the bank employee called my sister and mother threatening to lodge a police complaint against my name. he also threatened to come with thugs to my house if I did not return the money by the end of the day. When I spoke to him the next day he threatened me as well. I have asked the bank for a written apology for the brutal and needless harassment of myself as well as my family and the suspension of the employee who threatened me. (the employee declined to reveal his name to me)

I want a written apology by the bank and the termination of the branch manager as well as the involved employee.
