Sir/Madam, My name is Lokesh Kumar. I have a saving account in Bank of Baroda, Ramghat Road, Dist- Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. Which account no. is 32700100002000. My complain is, at 9 Dec 2013 I was try to get 5000 Rs. by the Punjab National Bank’s ATM in Surat (Gujrat). But I was not get it in those time. So I have many complain to concern bank with written but totally worthless till today. They are not giving any response. My complaint no. is 2013121712413519. So, please I request to you make to refund my 5000 Rs. with penalty according RBI. I have not only hope but also confidence on you for given judgement.
