I did a shopping of rs 751 online on 14-10-2013 Bank deducted twice the money from my account. I registered a complaint with them that day and bank told that I will get my money back on 7 days. But till now I called many times but they didn’t give my money back. customer care says they don’t know where is the money. Manager called and told he will look into it but after that no action taken. All drama they are doing.
I am a heart patient and due to bank’s mistake I don’t have money in my account. I have taken loan from people to eat food. I have been experiencing chest pain because of bank’s tension.
i want my money back as soon as possible and I want them to pay all my bills which occoured because of them
