I am a retired senior citizen. I am retired from the same bank.I get (actually not) pension in their Ambewadi branch.I was co-borrower in education loan of my daughter. The bank hasn’t given any asked information regarding the loan. They have blocked the a/c. They deduct full pension amount as and when they wish, without my instruction, consent,information or advice to me.This has made my life miserable with mental agony. Even RBI is avoiding to take any action in the matter. I attach correspondence with RBI Ombudsman so that you can get detail information. I hope to get justice through you.

Refund of deducted amount. Removal of blockage of my pension. Appropriate relief for the trouble given to me in the matter.
