In this Bank there are many fix deposit & saving accounts but unable to deposit money from last 5 years. Bank says that they have no money to pay you. My family condition going down worse.How can i take money from this Bank. Please help.

BY this i & my sister was unable to complete my higher education and also struggling with this till date. i want to do MBA with MAT, fee was 6 lacks, we have money in accounts but unable to debit that money.

I just want back all the money in my and family’s account with this bank with PF and all.
