I have purchased plumbing material from M/S BANSAL TRADER PAINT & H/W STORE located at shop no-33 Sewak park main road Dwarka new Delhi-59 Ph No-9811343923/9211309675. who have given me sub standard material and charged me for branded material and when i asked him to provide me for bill or to provide with his Sales Tax or VAT registration No he refused and abused me for not providing bill and said go where ever you want to go and complain where ever you want to. sir iam a service class person and its from my hard earned money I was getting my house renovated and because of his breach of trust iam being harassed by this shop keeper. as neither he is providing me the bills no the details of the person whose the manufacture for the material and apart from that abusing me too. with lot of hope and faith in this forum iam forwarding my grievances to you for taking appropriate action so that at least in future no one suffers

I want the shopkeeper as well as the manufacture to be penalized for selling sun standard material and making fool of the customers as well as compensate me for the money which i have to spend again for no mistake of mine.
