Barclays Bank: excessive payment mumbai

for my barclays card (4339516280331124) last bill for Oct.2008′ never came, which was for just 210/-. And next month they sent a bill with extra charges for 900/- and a minimum due of 250/- and when I talked with them, they said the matter will be resolved if I pay them 250/-, I paid them 250/- on 02/12/08 (receipt no. C 284229; BSA Infomedia Pvt. Ltd.) even after paying the amount, just after 7 months they started calling again with a bill payment of 10000/- and when I called them they asked for 80/- for the inquiry, which I paid on 16/09/09 (receipt no. C 1015297; agency name: CSC Financial services Pvt. Ltd.), after which they told that only first month bill could be waived off and rest I need to pay, i.e they agreed their fault and still wanted me to pay the excess amount, which I didn’t. After this in feb 2013, calls started coming from Phoenix ARC Pvt. Ltd. they asked me to pay an amount of 1000/-,for a NOC, which I paid on 26/02/13 (PARC NO. 0042799), this payment was done through cheque). even after this they sent me a negotiating letter for 2000/- and when I called them, they told its a misprint and they’ll give me a NOC (ref:PARC-BARC-CC-PIL/15-13/3722) and now they have started calling me again for another 1000/-. just to get rid of them, I paid them 1330/- in total for a bill of 210/- which was never sent to me.

A total of 1330/- was paid by me for a bill of 210/-, which was never sent to me. The mental trauma due to foul language, threats and vocal abuse used by their representatives over a period of 5 years.

1. NOC from Barclays. 2. payback of atleast the excess payment given by me to them. 3. compensation for the mental trauma.
