Sir, / Madam,

I did not receive Bill for my Post paid connection under Plan 725 including Jeevan Sathi scheme 9435137015, under account No.301490143, Invoice No. 346241754 for the period ending 30/11/2011.

Later on I collected payment advice from Digboi CSC and paid Rs. 2,460.00 on 04/01/2012 at Digboi Charali Post office.

Out going calls and SMS service made suspended for both 9435137015 & 9435529452 from 06/01/2012 evening. My messenger visited Digboi CSC on 07/01/2012 with payment receipt. Digboi BSNL office ignored such payment made in a Post Office.

I called Digboi BSNL office 03751—264992, to receive the reply that barring of my numbers could not be withdrawn until they receive information regarding payment. I pointed that my person approached with valid receipt issued by BSNL authorized payment centre. The lady officer said me to submit a Xerox of payment receipt. I was surprised why my messenger was not informed such earlier. I was disconnected instantly and later on my next several calls were no attended at 03751—264992 so that I can get a valued suggestion to regularize my connections.

Take complaint that Digboi lady officer on the other side of 03751—264992, without bothering customers’ necessity and treating urges personal is never a friendly one.

Till today the 8th January , 2012 my numbers are under bar and I found the concerned Sub Post Office and Digboi CSC, especially being dealt with such arrogant lady official mentioned above is equally responsible for the big inconvenience of mine.

May my Numbers be regularized from tomorrow or next but it will remain under same status until and unless a satisfactory response is received from the concerned end, ‘why shall I not suspend all my BSNL connections being victimized such irresponsible dealings’.

Possibly I pay the highest individual revenue due to my BSNL connections.

Also I claim for rebate for the barring period that I missed very very important connecting people we are to make due to this unfortunate barring.
