Dear Team, It is a very painful experience I have ever had from a branded company like you. I have never used a Non Bata shoes since I have started using slippers and shoes. On 14th of April 2013 I purchased a shoes from Bata Showroom. Using after 4 Months only the sole got cracked. I went to the show room for complain. They told me complains can only be taken within or before 2 Month of a purchased date. Only this which I want to put before you is the QUALITY OF A BRAND. Now my Experience is asking me rather than purchasing a product from Bata I will prefer Palika Bazar Market Connaught Place New Delhi… I am really facing lack of words to express the disgusting story. Please let me know is anyone can help me on this.
