Hi Again,

Please note that I have made a call again today and was promised a 48hour window to have this issue resolved by the customer service. Based on my previous experiences with you, I am sure this is never going to happen.
It has been a misleading promotion and a complete waste of time visiting the stores and making endless calls and emails.

I am going to raise a consumer complaint based on my emails & calls and your poor response to any of them.
A highly disappointed customer of Bata!!
