I purchased a footware of model number 861-28049 on 13 August 2015 from BATA INDIA Ltd. Store no 4 and 5 ground floor khanesh central Jalgaon-425001. ITS cost is 1900/- It developed a crack on the sole within 4 months of use. I want it to be get replaced. Please contact the above e-,ail address
