Dear sir I purchased BATA formal black shoes in dharwad showroom last 45 days back now i used only 6 times in that time now both shoe stitches has been not in proper manner so that i can wear for office.so i given to bata showroom after 25 days then given back by stitches by hand worked now shoes were looking very bad…so i request u to make replacement of shoes otherwise for your employees bad behavior i will lodge complaint in consumer court with all necessary documents which i had with me..
