I have had internet service from Beam for about 2 years. Every few days, the servcie is down and I have to complain and it takes 1-20 days to resolve the issue. They are least responsive to attend to the issue and requires 10s of calls before the issue is resolved. In the meanwhile, they keep charging to my account and never issue refund for the period when there is no service in spite of repeated assurances that they will issue the refund. I would appreciate your assistance in ensuring that they provide the service in more regular basis AND issue me refund for all the 100s of times when they did not provide the service.
