I am a user of Beam telecom internet connection from past 3 years. These days I see a frequent disconnection from 9:30pm to morning 7:30 AM. When I enquired about it, they said that they are getting their power supply from a shop in our apartment. The shop guy is switching off the main power while he closes the shop and the net connection is going off. I checked with customer care and they told that I am the only person having issues and If I need net connection they are asking me to have the box in my home. The box consumes some electricity and I donot want that in my home. They are not properly answering and I am getting effected by that a lot. I asked them to close the connection and repay my money back. I initially took the plan for 6 months. They told that they donot have a policy of repaying the money back. If I asked about the connectivity issue they told that they canot provide estimate of providing proper connection. I am tired of calling to their customer care.Even nodal officer is not responding if I send any mail to them.
Repay my amount back and cancel the connection else provide proper connection and extend it for days which they aren’t able to provide.
