Beam Telecom – lose the compliant without resolving

I have not had internet connection gor the last 4 days, my compliants have not been actioned and they close the compliant without resolving the issue stating that I have not answered my phone when they call. This aftr me informing them tht I am a working woman so its not always possible to answer calls immediately. I am tired of calling them up multiple times in a day. They promise to have a senior person call bk in an hour which has not happened till date. Please help sort this issue, I am terribly inconvenienced as I need to work frm home, without internet it is impeding my work. Thank you Vasavi

Issue tobe resolved immediately and compensate the multiple calls and trips I had to make to office due to non avalability of internet
