Dear sir / madam, my consumer no.is -613-328-125 5 My meter no is D039475, My commplaint is that in my house is like one room or / zopada and there is only tube light & fan which is working. I do not have TV, refrigerator, pump / motor, Oven etc none of these electrical appliances. So with this setup, I am curious to know how can i get a huge monthly bill of Rs 4000 ? You can send your person for meter checking & check or replace the same so that I am not harassed to pay this absurd amount which even a High School Student can tell is Wrong.

BESCOm must improve its customer service and billing so that citizens are not harassed and tortured mentally liek you are doing to me.
