Sub: RECKLESS DRIVING OF BEST BUS RTO NO.MH – 01 – LA – 6684, ROUTE NO. 93, 5446/D AND BUS DRIVER NO. 19553

Respected Sir / Madam,

This is to bring to your kind notice that the above mentioned bus has hit my Car at the back side very badly at 04.50 pm on 30/08/2010 by the BEST driver no. 19553. The above bus driver was very reckless and the accident occurred when he was just 20 meters away from the gate of GOVANDI bus Depot as he was parking his bus in the depot.
The senseless driver is either untrained or he was not in a state of driving the bus as an experienced driver will always reduce his speed when he has to take a turn or at the speed breaker of any sort.
I have registered an FIR at the Police Station with few witnesses. The scanned copy is attached for your perusal.
I have incurred a loss of more than Rupees 50000/- ( Fifty Thousand Rupees) and i request the BEST authorities to kindly compensate me with this amount at the earliest so i can repair the damages.
You are requested to kindly do the needful at the earliest.
