Bhaap.com – Not Received Product no reply

I have place the order on bhaap.com for LG G Pro2 mobile on 16-Aug-2014. The placed successfully and invoice for Order #100016104 is generated. I even got the order confirmation mail frombhaap.com. But I did not receive any communication after this. Then I started following up on email. So I mailed to CS@BHAAP.COM on 19-Aug, but just received the automated mail with ticket no. saying the customer care will respond to me within 24 hours. But I did not receive any reply from customer care till today. Then I mailed them 4 more times but they didn’t reply to single mail. I also tried to call them on 07676424227 which is their customer care number. Whenever I call this number I always said ‘All are our customer representative are busy now, we have noted your number and will call you shortly’. Then after call gets disconnected I received the message saying ‘Dear customer, Thank you for your interest. We acknowledge your call to +917676424xxx at 09:34’. But I did not have their call back even after 10 to 15 times. Every time I received automated SMS of acknowledgment. I have attached the invoice, confirmation mail and emails which I have sent to customer care.

First I want my full refund. Then if possible try to impose heavy fine on such fraud online retail website Or terminate their license as they ignore the customers
