my consumer number is 42560. i booked cylinder on 10.112013 with booking reference number 94424823 via 57333. I am yet to receive the cylinder. I have called the delivery incharge, gas agency several times. Even went to gas agency on 7.12.13 and then promised to deliver it the next day. Still no response. Please let me know what should i do. I am planning to file an RTI to know what exactly is the reason for such a pathetic service. Again booked on 30.nov with ref 13699369.consumer number is 42560. wrt previous complaint, online status of booking on 10.nov shows that it was delivered on 21.nov. It was not delivered to me. Please update the status.

This agency must be pulled up by Bharat Gas Authorities on every front.
