I am trying to book gas cylinder refill since last 3 weeks. I have visited the distributor one week ago and was told to register mobile no. Which i did. Person at bole gas told me that i will get my refill in 2 days.in the past i was booking cylinder on the internet.now we are supposed to send sms for booking.on ebharargas prtal, it shows that my order has been serviced but actually it is not. Please help me resolve the problem. My consumer no is 112075
There should be proper system in place. Bharat gas portal is for namesake and just an eyewash. I have tried to contact them in pune on 02026342176 but the number is always busy. Other nos. When contacted always redirect you on above no.
