Consumer No.20013176 Gas Dealer: Indequip, Ahmedabad. During the last six months, three gas cylinders supplied by Bharat Gas was faulty. Though there was no sign of gas leakage on delivery of cylinder, upon fixing of regulator, gas started leaking. The mechanic who attended told us that a washer was missing in the cylinder head. Bharat Gas thus has been supplying faulty gas cylinders leading to leakage of gas and possible dangerous consequences.

1. Properly checked and safe cylinders be supplied by Bharat Gas. 2. Provide correct emergency numbers for such complaints. The numbers given in the website of Bharat Gas were found non-functional. 3. Advise dealer to answer phone when called – he should have a separate phone for such complaints.
