Bharat Matrimony several call, commitment & assurance that they have with their website more than 1000 profiles under MAHURI sub caste of Baniya community but as per our repeated conversation that there were very few profiles available with their website. Their assurance to avail the membership after that only you will get to excess more that 1000’s MAHURI community profiles but that is not TRUE. After the paid service on 26/3/14, we have contacted the representative that there are few profiles only but still they committed that with website several profiles are available so on that day I have send a SMS as per membership facility. But his representative had made the wrong commitment as it was confirmed by them that there are only few 10 to 12 profiles are available and they forced us to go for justice but the paid amount will be not refunded as you have utilized the membership scheme. BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT AFTER THEIR REPEATED COMMITMENT ONLY THE SERVICE IS UTILISED about less than 0.5% only but they are strongly oppose to refund the paid amount.
We request you to intervenes into the matter so that we can get Justice & financial returned as well as faith or our systems.
