The Bharat Petroleum service become very poor since January 2005 and when I asked for the improper service they give silly excuses that tha LPG is out of stock.They once told me if I want immediate LPG gas,I have to take black lpg gas cylinders. I did my gas booking with mobile call and they gave me date of receiving gas cylinders,but I always have to remind them for gas booking after due date. I found their service number is always engaged and I never make a call to their customers services since January,besides I have to move to their service center and literally begging for my LPG. There customers support is irrelevant. They always delayed their service for more than 20 days so that the customer has to pay for LPG in black.

I want that their services start as they was in earlier.No delay in gas service.
