I have booked gas refill many times by online & IVRS system, everytime they cancelled this and no delivery of gas refill cylinder. Same time I contacted with gas distributor to book the cylinder, but they diffused to book cylinder at their office. So I also tried to book cylinder with by gas agency owner’s mobile number, but no response. We saw many times that agency person delivered all cylinders to some agents around our homes. Every time they came to his house to deliver all cylinders to him only because they gave them commission to agency persons. After that these agents sale the cylinder in double rate of real value by black marketing.
