The bill amount for a refill gas cylinder is Rs.402.00 but we are charged Rs.430.00. The reason being that Rs.15.00 is given to the people at the Gas agency per cylinder. The rest is delivery charges which is technically included in the bill amount. The people at the gas agency are not only over charging but are also making a lot of money at the customers expense. I am wondering if this is a practice in our gas agencies as well.

The customer be charged what is the rightful amount and be given a receipt for the same. The customer not be held at ransom because we need the cylinder for living.
