I Jayapandian S got a call from Bharati AXA agent NETAMBIT for monthly/pension plan. I opted this on my mother name as it Will help her in her last days as monthly income Will be received. The insurance company cheated us by giving us some other life insurance Aajeevan Sampatti which Will not help her in future. The policy was sent to my mother who is in Vellore and she cant read English. By the time I got the policy it had crossed free look period. I had been to the insurance company but there was no proper response and There was no proper response from Bharati AXA customer care. I have a voice recorder when we spoke to agent person and insurance company employee. Both agreed that there is change in policy but no action was taken to change the policy or for cancellation.
