I took membership of Bharatmatrimony(H3977834) and paid an amount of INR 2600 as two profiles which were listed on Bharat matrimony has accepted my interest but later it has been found that one profile (H4895569) of ms. Preeti number available on Bharat Matrimony is invalid and the other profile (H3911689) of ms. Richa has already finalized her marriage plan so again invalid prospect listed on site. So I raised a complaint to Bharatmatrimony for cancelling my membership as I initially took this membership for contacting those two prospects only but despite my repetitive mails they are not doing the needful. As per their cancellation policy I have used their service for viewing contacts which is not the case as both are invalid contacts and second I have sent messages after taking membership but I sent messages before realizing that many of the profiles listed are fake(two profiles contacted both number seems invaid ) hence I feel cheated and do not want to continue with their services. Please help in this matter and get me justice.

I want my membership fee back with penalty and I want they should be legally penalized so that they will not play with someone’s emotion and trust.
