I was been charged for Rs 45 as a downloaded charge from Airtel on 31st dec @ 10.30pm. I tried calling the complaint no 198 on the very next minute for the same but the number was not in service. On 1st Jan 2013 i had called up customer care and spoke to the exec(Daisy) but she was not ready to refund the amount saying it is a downloading charge and cannot be refunded as per policy. I have not found anything pertaining the download but still it was charged. Request you to look into the issue and resolve it asap.
