To, The Concern Of Bharti Axa Life Insurance Co. Sir/Mam, Kindly address the point that one of the previous employee Mr.Manoj Kumar(MOA) had tampered with my pan card by issuing a duplicate pan number without giving me any prior intimation and the same had happened on the last year 27th Aug 2012 that my URN is showing at IRDA portal(BALI2707120024) As Mr.Manoj Kumar was reporting to Mr.Amarjeet Singh(BM) of Netaji Subhash Palace Branch (Pitam Pura) Delhi. As my original pan number(AIEPC3883F) does not existing or matching with this URN at IRDA portal into pan lookup searching However he asked me to become an advisor With Bharti Axa Life but i did not to provide him my pan card.now this is a big question to answer that how could be it possible to generate a new URN at IRDA portal,now Mr.Manoj had been resigned and his BM as well. As now i have have been working Max Life Insurance Co.where i need my new agent code which not only mandate but also it is very compulsory for my job profile to be applied for an advisor code. Today i have visited to the concern branch and requested to the New branch manager(Mr.Jaydeep) and BSM(Ms.Summer Varma) to transfer or cancellation of this URN but they denied to give any flexible solution as i have submitted an application to the branch but no helpful attitude shown by the seniors. So i therefore requested to you kindly deactivate the URN (BALI2707120024) from IRDA portal or transfer it into Max Life Insurance Co. and take strict action as such person as a compliance issue expect from you an immediate solution within 1 week
