Bharti-Axa Life insurance Mis-Selling of Policy

My wife had availed a Policy:- Aspire life -Policy number – 5000645958, Since long she did not even bother to check, yesterday we decided to do something about it and reached exactly at 0935hrs at your Chembur east branch-Mahiunder Chambers

At 1030 two staff one female one male enter the office hurridely , male straight away goes to washroom then does his Puja and then comes and start asking the query. Mr Fernandez the So called Big boss enters in at 1040hrs, signs in the muster and walks in his AC office, since I had already started grumbling , he called someone and took the feedback to what is happening, which did not bother him, he gets out of his cabin and starts yelling for everyone to come for a briefing. By now though the staff was trying to convince my wife that if we keep the policy for one more year we can get a benefit, which just did not register our mind as already after keeping the policy for almost 06yrs , we were in a loss of Rs 1000/- , so both of us decided to withdraw/cancel the policy as it did not make any sense to continue any further as never know , we might go for a further loss. My Wife decided to cancel and informed the same to the staff, which he did. Mr Pawar the efforts I am taking to write this mail is to just get it across to you to how the staff work if the office is at a remote place and no one to monitor , werein if the Branch head itself comes at 1040hrs , who will set the standards. Undersigned is associated with Customer Service/Service Industry for last 19yrs and always tried to be an example for others, dont know what action you will take against your staff , at the most ensure that the staff come on time and moreover the timings in office for the staff mentioned is 0930, should be removed atleast if the staff is not abiding the time. I would like a revert back on my mail , this will atleast show that Bharti-axa life is for Customers, and it should not be other way round that the Customers are at the staff mercy. Please let me know how you intend to compensate my precious time on my most important day of life. Thanks and Regards Nilesh Sawant

I want an apology and the loss of time to be compensated, For six years keeping the policy we had a loss of Rs 1000, werein normally after six years one can expect profit , we had to bear rs 1000 loss
