Dear Sir, I had taken referred to my fiancee for Bharti Axa life Insurance for a policy after that I don’t like that policy benefits so I requested to the customer care with in a free look period only this is the ref. number of customer care :006167655. they said if we surrender in nearest branch we will repay the money but when I had been to branch I didnt get proper response. I had escalated to customer care since 1month they are keep on saying we are working on that now they are saying they will case file on me if I voiced out. Please try to help me in this concern. As I paid 22,365/- thru credit card after this its affected my regular life to repay the money now I am in crush. Infact the agent who has in the position while taking policy when we tried to reach him he says he is having my fiance foto along with her contact number, if anything wrong I will mis use that number please save
