Dear Sir, I have took a policy from Bharti Axa Life insurance of Rs 50509 yearly for 10 years. At the time of booking agent said to me your insurance is booking 50% discount, so you have paid only 50% of 50509 Rs., I have Done payment through credit card ECS. But they deduct whole amount of 50509 Rs. Agent also said to me your rest 9 premium booked for 29% discount and from next year you have paid only 69% of 50509 Rs. But after policy booking when we receive call from bharti Axa then, that time they said no discount and you have paid complete amount. Then after i have submit my bond paper in nearest branch patna for cancellation of policy. They receive my policy bond and said to me after 15 days your cheque is dispatch. But till now i have not received my cheque. When i called him, they don’t pic my call.
