Bhoomi i-RTC Wallet ReCharge Credit Not Given

Greetings to Revenue Department of Karnataka,

Complaint – 1

My bhoomi online app id krishnauppunda i did a recharge on 07/09/2020 amount 1000rs then again recharge 09/09/2020 Rs 1000 amount is debited from my account but wallet is showing zero balance. please solve my issue ASAP.

This is Hanumantharaju M & my user ID for BHOOMI website is RAJUMECH4.
I had added Rs 500/- (Five hundred) to my i- Wallet using my Canara bank debit card ending number XXXX XXXX XXXX XX04 on 8th Sept 2020 around 8:20 pm. The amount has been debited from my Canara bank account but the same amount is not reflected on my i-wallet. I got below screen shot session timeout message.
So, Could you please check & resolve the issue.

Bhoomi Wallet was Recharged with 500 firstly, Amount Debited from account but still Wallet is showing zero. Where is my amount ? Please reply ASAP
