Under the ‘KUCHH BHI LAAO, KUCHH BHI LE JAAO’ scheme, we sold of articles for coupons worth Rs.32,000/-. However, they never gave us the coupons. We have been asking the store announcers to call out their names on every purchase and instead of giving away the coupons, they used to sign on a register against the purchases. We could hardly use the coupons worth Rs. 3,000/- by the scheme date. When we were about to approach the higher authorities, they said they would led us take a Tata Voltas A.C. worth Rs. 20,000/-(Big Bazaar price) as a compensation to the unavailability of the coupons due to some technical reasons. But, they’d never led us take that home too, making some or the other excuse: Manager unavailable, busy in meeting, been to site visit etc. They have not even been replying to our letters: mail or emailed (Case No: 121029)

We definitely demand compensation for the mental agony for we are a family of three female members. Also, we either want Big Bazaar to return our articles, or allow us to make the purchase of the amount the promised or encash the left-over coupons
