Big bazaar is offering grand exchange offer. They have made their own terms and conditions by which they are cheating consumers like me by allowing less than 12.5% or 25.0% discount promised. For example, if i buy 2500 groceries, they need to offer rs.300/= discount but they give less than rs.250/= discount. Further, they exclude items by giving flimsy reasons. For example, i purchased 6 peices of medimix soap. As per their advertisement, i am entitled to 12.5% discount. But they have given around 9% discount. They have no reason to explain how this is being done and they are also not compensating for the loss. Please look into this and help consumers on urgent basis.

By allowing only 10% discount against promised, 12.5%, big bazaar is cheating every customer rs.25/= per thousand. Similarly, for every rs.1000/= purchase in 25% category, they are saving rs.50/= per thousand. With their lakhs of turnover per day, the damage to ordinary consumer runs to thousands of rupees per day. Big bazaar should provide 12.5% or 25% discount promised to all consumers without assigning any inner issues.
